Native advertising network

One auction for CPM, CPC and CPA.One bill you can reconcile.

AdXads places native units in editorial content and prices every pricing model against the same expected value, so a brand campaign and a performance campaign compete on what they are actually worth per thousand impressions — not on which model the network prefers.

Every bid becomes the same number

A CPC bid is worth its click price multiplied by the chance of a click. A CPA bid is worth its payout multiplied by the chance of a click and then of a conversion. Reduce all three to expected revenue per thousand impressions and they are directly comparable.

CPMbid

Pays for attention. Billed on a viewable impression — 50% of pixels for one continuous second — never on a served one.

CPCbid × pCTR × 1000

Pays for interest. The click-through estimate is smoothed from the creative's own history, its category, the device and the placement.

CPAbid × pCTR × pCVR × 1000

Pays for outcomes. Conversions arrive on a signed postback carrying the click id, and are deduplicated by your order id.

The winner pays what it needed to beat the runner-up, not its full bid. Bidding your true value is therefore the sensible strategy, and a quiet auction does not quietly cost you more.

Traffic the network will not bill for

Invalid traffic is the whole economics of a native network. Ours is scored in six layers before a single impression is charged, and a risky impression is not silently billed at a discount — it is scored, and the score decides whether it serves, bills, pays the publisher, or returns nothing at all.

Before the bid

Datacentre and hosting ASNs, declared bots, per-IP and per-subnet rate limits, and requests from a site that never registered the placement.

On the page

Geometry the browser reports: a unit with no pixels, hidden by CSS, stacked off-screen, in a background tab, or one that re-renders itself without a navigation.

On the click

Clicks with no matching impression, clicks faster than a human hand, repeated clicks from one device, and conversions timed to precede their own click.

Ground truth

Invisible slots, decoy creatives and trap links that a person cannot see or reach. Anything that interacts with them labels itself.

Rules are data, not code: every threshold is versioned and editable, so a false positive is corrected in minutes rather than in a release.

For advertisers

  • Six native formats: photo, square, animated loop, video, carousel and app install.
  • Upload a photo, GIF or video and the network measures it — dimensions, ratio and duration are checked against the format, not taken on trust.
  • Target or exclude on twelve dimensions, and turn any report row straight into an exclusion.
  • Daily budgets paced against each campaign's own traffic curve, so a morning spike cannot spend the day.
How buying works

For publishers

  • One script tag. The unit renders in a shadow root, so it cannot inherit or leak your page's CSS.
  • 7 KB gzipped, loaded asynchronously, and it never blocks your content.
  • You set the position and density; the network picks the item count for the container it actually got.
  • Revenue is a share of what the advertiser was charged, on a ledger that has to balance to the micro.
